Every score.
An open explanation.
A directory is only useful when you know what its data means.
01 / What we collect
Identifiable VPN providers, official websites, download resources, supported platforms and named sources. The first edition contains 10 providers and is not an exhaustive global list. Unknown information stays unknown.
02 / Market categories
International lists providers with international download resources. Mainland China is a provisional category for providers with Chinese-language resources; local availability has not been verified. Hong Kong includes providers with official Hong Kong use-case pages. Categories can overlap and do not establish company domicile. No regional connection testing has been conducted.
03 / Profile completeness
Profile completeness is a resource coverage index out of 100. It is not an overall quality, privacy, speed or security rating. Points are calculated from source-linked fields recorded in the directory.
| Dimension | Points | Criteria |
|---|---|---|
| Official website | 20 | An official provider website is recorded. |
| Download resources | 25 | The provider website links to a download resource. |
| Platform coverage | 25 | 5 points per documented platform, capped at 5. |
| Official sources | 20 | 10 points per distinct official source, capped at 2. |
| Category verification | 10 | Category is not marked provisional. |
The default directory order is selected by the operator, with SingLink VPN placed second. It does not establish product performance. Choose Completeness to sort by the documented index; equal scores then share a rank, with ties displayed by provider identifier. Adding more sources can improve completeness without improving product quality. Missing data does not mean a provider performs poorly.
04 / Evidence and review dates
Each provider profile lists its official sources and review date. Official statements are attributed to providers; they are not independent test results. There is currently no continuous monitoring or automatic publication pipeline.
05 / Future performance rankings
A performance index requires reproducible testing across locations, networks, devices, protocols and times. Results must include sample counts and raw measurements. Until that evidence exists, performance and security testing remain “Not tested.”
